AIAW.org.uk is an initiative run by Trustifying AI Limited. Trustifying AI Limited is registered in the UK (company number 16235687) and with the ICO (registration number ZB863728 ) ("we", “us” or “our”) is the data controller and is committed to protecting your personal data.

We collect your names, email address and other information when you submit our forms (for instance, Contact Us, Audition or Writers forms) using this information to respond to your enquiries and process your applications or registrations (for instance, for auditions and for writers). We use essential cookies on this website required for the website to work and they cannot be switched off. They enable core features like page navigation and site performance, and we collect your IP address for this purpose. Our lawful bases for processing your data are contract fulfilment and legitimate interests. 

If you choose to enable them, we also use optional cookies to process your data - they analyse website traffic (‘Analytical’ cookies); optimise your website experience (‘Functional’ cookies) and deliver better ads to suit your interests (‘Marketing’ cookies). Our lawful bases for processing this data is consent. 

With your permission, we will record you (video, audio and images taken) when you take part in meetings, auditions, rehearsals and Q&A panel  discussions. The recording and images may be used for marketing our products and services to a wider audience and general promotional use, and for archival purposes. Our lawful bases for processing that data is explicit consent. 

We do not use your data for automated decision-making, profiling, or other purposes, nor do we transfer it outside the UK or share it with third parties. We implement technical and organisational measures to secure your data and retain it only as long as necessary, after which we securely delete it.

You have the right to access, correct, erase, transfer, or restrict the processing of your data and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise these rights or for any questions, please contact us as shown below. We aim to respond to all legitimate requests promptly, and certainly within the mandated one month.

We may update this Privacy Notice occasionally, with changes posted on our website. The revised notice will be effective from the publication date.
